Flowers & Sundries.
We reserve the right to substitute individual stems of flowers or sundry items to those illustrated on our website due to seasonal availability of flowers and stock, this would be with a suitable substitution such as a variety of a flower or sundry item(s) in a different colour in an equal or greater value.
Flowers will often be delivered in a bud rather than full bloom as the pictures illustrated; this is to ensure longevity of the flowers.
Sundries may be substituted with suitable Alternative that is equal or greater in value.
Some Flowers may be harmful or poisonous; we do not accept any responsibility.
Funerals
Funeral deliveries take priority over all other weekday deliveries throughout the day. We always deliver funerals a couple of hours before the funeral takes place, unless specified differently by the request of the undertaker or the family. We reserve the right that if a funeral is at 9am, they may be delivered the day prior. Unless this is a Monday funeral, the delivery time is arranged with the undertaker or family at their request.
Deliveries
AM deliveries: these will be from approximately 8.30am until 12noon.
PM Deliveries: these will be from 12 noon until just after 5pm (3pm on Saturdays) from when the shop closes.
If you have placed your order a while in advance, it will be funeral deliveries that take priority that day.
Deliveries will be made to the 'Delivery Address' collected and NOT the 'Shipping Address' collected on the Cart screen.
Weddings
We aim to deliver all wedding flowers 2 hours before the ceremony takes place.
We can deliver to two addresses for a wedding. This usually is a residential address and a venue/church.
If we are decorating a venue we must have access to the venue by arrangement, this can be a few hours before the ceremony or the day before where required.
We do not arrange wedding cakes. Cakes must be arranged and erected by cake makers/designers before we arrange flowers/foliage’s onto the cake.
We do not take any responsibility for wilting flowers throughout extreme heat on wedding flowers.Flowers will wilt without any water source and excessive heat.
Out of Area Postcodes.
We are able to place orders via eFlorist for deliveries deemed out of our area.
This is a third party and where they are located will be made clear to you. Where such Interactive Services are operated by a third party, you may be asked to supply information and/or data (including, credit card and/or bank data if making a purchase), where the third party may have specific additional terms and conditions which apply. Furthermore, when using such Interactive Services operated by such third parties, they may be dealing with you directly and as such, any contracts and/or arrangements will be formed between you and them, without Little-Florist as a party.
